YH-1102 Nylon Scouring and Degreasing Agent

A broad-spectrum synthetic fiber scouring and degreasing agent designed for pure nylon, nylon blends, polyester, and polyester/nylon composite fabrics. It is universally compatible with both batch and continuous production lines. It is primarily engineered for the deep scouring and degreasing of high-oil, heavy-silicone, and high-density synthetic fabrics. Distinct from specialized nylon-spandex varieties, this product is suitable for processing all categories of non-stretch synthetic fabrics.

Physical and Chemical Properties

1. Appearance: Colorless to light yellow turbid liquid

2. Ionicity: Anionic / Non-ionic

3. pH Value (1% aqueous solution): 5.0–7.0

4. Solubility: Can be diluted with water in any proportion and disperses uniformly in aqueous solutions.

1. High-activity scouring formula: Specifically targets and deeply strips high-adhesion machinery oils, mineral oils, and spinning silicone oils. It features a larger emulsifying capacity, allowing heavy oil-stained fabrics to meet quality standards in a single scouring cycle.

2. Long-lasting processing stability: Maintains high stability during prolonged continuous production without fatigue or loss of activity. It strongly prevents removed oils and grease from redepositing onto the fibers, making it ideal for the continuous scouring of large batches of grey fabrics with high oil content.

3. 3-in-1 multifunctionality: Combines emulsification, washing, and scouring performance in both neutral and alkaline environments. While removing oil, it simultaneously assists in removing sizing agents and impurities, thereby simplifying the pretreatment process.

Instructions for Use

1. Batch Process: YH-1102 Nylon Scouring and Degreasing Agent: 0.5–2.0 g/L, Soda Ash: 0–2.0 g/L, Process Conditions: 90–100°C, 30–60 min.

2. Continuous Process: Working Fluid Bath (Compartments 1–2): YH-1102 Nylon Scouring and Degreasing Agent: 2.0–8.0 g/L, Soda Ash: 0–2.0 g/L, Temperature: 70–90°C; Washing Bath (Compartments 3–4): 80°C, 70°C, 60°C, Room Temperature.

Note: To achieve the best performance, customers are advised to conduct trials based on actual working conditions and dosages to determine the optimal dosage and application process for this product.

Storage and Packaging

Can be stored sealed for 6 months in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse environment. Standard packaging for this product is 50 kg or 125 kg plastic drums.
