Textile Scouring and Degreasing Agent YH-1088E

This product is specially developed to remove spinning oil weaving oil machine oil wax and natural impurities from fabrics. It combines degreasing scouring penetrating and cleaning functions. It works well with cotton chemical fiber blended fabrics and spandex elastic fabrics, and helps improve the uniformity and color fastness in subsequent dyeing and printing.

Features and Benefits

Strong emulsifying power. It wraps mineral oil silicone oil animal and vegetable oil, keeps grease stably dispersed in working liquid and prevents oil from redepositing.

High efficiency scouring. It breaks down cotton wax pectin size and other natural and artificial impurities to raise fabric whiteness and capillary effect.

Fast penetration. Low surface tension allows it to reach deep into fiber gaps to remove oil, and it performs well even at low temperatures.

Low foam and easy to rinse. The low foam formula avoids foam troubles during continuous production and saves water and time.

Usage

General dosage ranges from 0.5-3%. Users may determine the proper dosage through tests.

To get the best result, please carry out tests according to actual production conditions to confirm the dosage and processing method.

Storage and Packaging

Seal the product and store it in a dry cool and well ventilated warehouse for up to six months. Standard packaging is 50kg or 125kg plastic drum.
