Textile Pretreatment Auxiliaries

It is a compound of special reducing agents and environmentally friendly surfactants, with extremely strong chelating and dispersing capabilities. It has excellent reducing power within a wide PH range and can replace sodium hydrosulfite for reductive cleaning after dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics, removing loose color and improving the color fastness of fabrics.

This product is specially developed to remove spinning oil weaving oil machine oil wax and natural impurities from fabrics. It combines degreasing scouring penetrating and cleaning functions. It works well with cotton chemical fiber blended fabrics and spandex elastic fabrics, and helps improve the uniformity and color fastness in subsequent dyeing and printing.

This product offers strong emulsifying degreasing penetrating cleaning and anti redeposition effects, and also serves as an auxiliary scouring agent. It is used to clear spinning oil weaving oil wax size and various greasy dirt on cotton chemical fiber blended fabrics and spandex fabrics.

This emulsifying detergent has strong emulsifying and dispersing abilities and low foam. It is widely used for degreasing and scouring of cotton polyester and their blended fabrics.

A broad-spectrum synthetic fiber scouring and degreasing agent designed for pure nylon, nylon blends, polyester, and polyester/nylon composite fabrics. It is universally compatible with both batch and continuous production lines. It is primarily engineered for the deep scouring and degreasing of high-oil, heavy-silicone, and high-density synthetic fabrics. Distinct from specialized nylon-spandex varieties, this product is suitable for processing all categories of non-stretch synthetic fabrics.

Specially developed for nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex stretch fabrics, this product is universally compatible with batch equipment (such as jig dyeing and rope overflow dyeing machines) and conventional open-width continuous pretreatment degreasing processes. It serves as a general-purpose degreasing product for the regular production of nylon-spandex fabrics.
