YH-2518 is an anionic fixing agent developed for reactive-dyed cellulosics where chlorine fastness is critical; it also improves washing and rubbing fastness with minimal shade change. YH-413 is a cationic, formaldehyde-free polymer that forms color lakes with anionic reactive dyes and is selected when washing and hot water fastness must improve while hand feel remains almost unchanged. Can these fixing agents be used on pad lines as well as exhaust machines?

Yes. YH-2518 can be applied by exhaust at 2–6% owf or by padding at 10–30 g/L. YH-413 is supplied for dipping, padding and pad-dyeing ranges. For continuous lines, we need pickup, temperature and the surrounding bath chemistry to set the working concentration.

Will YH-8010 affect dyed or bleached fabric?
