Textile Raising Agent For Holland Velvet YH-3099

This product is a raising agent developed specifically for Holland velvet raising finishing. It provides fabrics with a dry, fluffy, and thick raising effect, reduces fiber friction coefficient, prevents static electricity generation, and improves the uniformity of brushing and raising.

    Appearance: White emulsion

    Lonicity: Weak cationic / Non-ionic

    PH value (1% aqueous solution): 5.0-7.0

    Dilutability: Can be diluted with water in any ratio and dispersed uniformly in aqueous solution

     

    Features and Advantages

    Suitable for pre-treatment of raising or sanding of all types of fibers; particularly effective for Holland velvet raising finishing

    Can reduce fiber sanding coefficient, prevent static electricity, and enhance brushing and sanding effects

    High temperature resistant; does not affect the color and fastness of dyed fabrics after application

     

    Application Method

    Pad process: At room temperature, one dip one nip or two dips two nips can be used. Recommended dosage: 10-30g/L; adjust for thicker fabrics as needed.

    Exhaust process: Standard dosage is 1-3% (o.w.f). Immerse at room temperature for 20 minutes, then dewater and dry.

    Specific process parameters should be adjusted by the user based on sample trials.

    【Note】For optimal results, customers are advised to conduct trials based on actual conditions and dosage requirements to determine the appropriate amount and application process.

     

    Storage and Packaging

    Sealed storage for 6 months in a dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse environment. Standard packaging: 50kg or 125kg plastic drums.
