Bulking and Raising Agent YH-306

This bulking and raising agent is suitable for hand feel modification of most fibers and fabrics. It greatly enhances fabric smoothness and bulkiness and is especially suitable for synthetic fibers and protein fibers. This product is manufactured with raw materials from Huntsman.

    Features and Benefits

    It endows fabrics with good bulkiness softness and fullness.

    It causes little color loss and low foam in dipping and padding solutions.

    It features good water solubility stability and compounding ability and can be mixed with other non ionic and cationic auxiliaries.

    It softens and bulks fiber surfaces to make fabrics soft fluffy smooth and bright and greatly improve fabric resilience.

    Usage

    Padding process One dip one pad or two dip two pad at room temperature Recommended dosage 10 to 20 grams per liter Adjust dosage for thick fabrics as required.

    Dipping process Regular dosage 1 to 2 percent based on fabric weight Soak for 20 minutes at room temperature then dewater and dry.

    Adjust specific processing parameters based on sample tests.

    Note

    To achieve the best results, please carry out tests according to actual production conditions to confirm the dosage and processing method.

     

    Storage and Packaging

    Seal the product and store it in a dry cool and well ventilated warehouse for up to six months. Standard packaging is 50kg or 125kg plastic drum.
