Physical and Chemical Properties

Appearance: White emulsion

Lonicity: Weak cationic / Non-ionic

PH Value (1% Aqueous Solution): 5.0-7.0

Dilutability: Dilutable with water in any proportion and can be uniformly dispersed in aqueous solution.

Suitable for pre-treatment of various fibers before raising or sanding, and has a better effect on loop pile raising finishing.

It can reduce the fiber friction coefficient, prevent static electricity generation, and enhance the effect of brushing and sanding.

High temperature resistance, and the color and fastness of dyed fabrics will not be affected after application.

Application Method

Padding Process: One dip and one pad or two dips and two pads at room temperature. The recommended dosage is 10-30g/L, and the dosage for thick fabrics should be tested as required.

Impregnation Process: The conventional dosage is 1-3% (o.w.f). Impregnate at room temperature for 20 minutes, dehydrate and dry. The specific process should be adjusted appropriately by the user through sample testing.

Storage and Packaging

It can be hermetically stored for 6 months in a dry, cool and well-ventilated environment. The standard packaging of this product is 50kg or 125kg plastic drums.
