Water Repellent Smooth Finishing Agent YH-5266

This water-repellent smoothing agent is suitable for the smoothing finishing of wool, acrylic and their blended yarns or fabrics. It can also be applied to the hand feel finishing of cotton, polyester cotton, polyester and linen with an excellent smoothing effect.

    Appearance: Transparent or slightly turbid emulsion

    Lonicity: Weak cationic

    PH Value (1% aqueous solution): 5.0-7.0

    Dilutability: Dilutable with water in any proportion and can be evenly dispersed in aqueous solution.

     

    Features and Advantages

    It delivers outstanding smoothing, fluffy and soft finishing effects on acrylic, wool and wool-acrylic yarns or fabrics.

    It is also applicable to the soft and smooth finishing of cotton, polyester/cotton, polyester and linen fabrics.

    It can endow fabrics with a certain water-repellent property.

    It causes slight changes to the shade of finished fabrics and has little influence on fabric whiteness.

    The emulsion features good centrifugal resistance and acid resistance.

     

    Application Method

    Padding Process: One dip one pad or two dips two pads at room temperature; dosage is 20-50g/L. The dosage for thickened fabrics shall be tested according to actual requirements.

    Impregnation Process: Dosage is 3-6% (o.w.f). Impregnate at room temperature for 20 minutes, then dehydrate and dry. Users shall adjust the specific process appropriately based on sample tests.

     

    Storage and Packaging

    Seal and store for 6 months in a dry, cool and well-ventilated environment. Standard packaging: 50kg or 125kg plastic drums.
