Chelating Dispersant YH-ECDA

This product is developed to solve various printing and dyeing defects caused by excessive metal ions such as iron calcium and magnesium in water which affect scouring and dyeing effects. It performs well in all printing and dyeing procedures including dyeing scouring bleaching and after finishing and has excellent dispersion capacity.

    Features and Benefits

    Applicable to all working procedures of printing and dyeing including dyeing scouring bleaching and after finishing.

    Its calcium chelating value reaches 200 to 250. It also shows remarkable chelating performance on magnesium iron and other metal ions.

    It effectively prevents dyes from combining with calcium magnesium and other metal ions during dyeing avoids dye spots and improves dye performance and color vividness.

    It has strong dispersion power and stops the redeposition of silicon spots suspended substances and contaminants.

    It blocks metal ions present in grey fabrics and process water.

    It assists stable hydrogen peroxide during pre scouring. It also helps remove unfixed dyes during soaping after dyeing and printing to make colors brighter and enhance color fastness.

    It will not interfere with metal ions in metal complex dyeing processes.

    Usage

    Application of chelating dispersant in textile printing and dyeing

    Dyeing

    Direct reactive vat disperse sulfur dyes especially metal containing reactive dyes may lose solubility and dispersion stability under heavy metal ions and lead to uneven dyeing. Combined use of this chelating dispersant improves levelness and other dyeing indexes.

    It has excellent dispersion effect on pigments fluorescent dyes and indigo dyes and optimizes printing results when added in printing processes.

    In high temperature and pressure rapid dyeing of polyester dyes tend to aggregate and adhere to heat exchangers and form stains. This product provides strong dispersion and colloid protection to solve the problem.

    Dosage 0.5 to 1 gram per liter for batch processing 1 to 3 grams per liter for continuous processing

    Soaping

    Used together with detergents for soaping after dyeing and printing of cellulosic fabrics it removes unfixed dyes and prevents redeposition and color migration. It improves fabric color fastness when used with soaping agents.

    Dosage 0.5 to 1 gram per liter for batch processing 1 to 2 grams per liter for continuous processing

    Note

    To achieve the best results please carry out tests according to actual production conditions to confirm the dosage and processing method.

     

    Storage and Packaging

    Seal the product and store it in a dry cool and well ventilated warehouse for up to six months. Standard packaging is 50kg or 125kg plastic drum.
