Applicable to the dyeing of polyamide (nylon), polyester, acrylic and memory fiber. It also supports one‑bath dyeing for light‑shade polyester/cotton fabrics.

    Features & Advantages

    Releases acid gradually as bath temperature rises, enabling slow pH decline of the working liquor with temperature elevation.

    Delivers outstanding retarding dyeing performance for woven fabrics, yarns, loose staple fiber and blended textiles made from synthetic fibers including nylon, polyester, acrylic and memory fiber. It upgrades dyeing quality and suppresses diverse dyeing defects.

    When adopted in one‑bath dyeing with disperse/reactive dyes or disperse/direct blend dyes for light‑toned polyester‑cotton blended and interwoven fabrics, it shortens processing cycles and cuts production costs.

    Free from strong inorganic acid anions such as sulfate (\(SO_4^{2-}\)) and chloride (\(Cl^-\)), posing zero corrosiveness to processing equipment.

     

    Application Instructions

    Replace acetic acid and add the product into dye baths at a recommended dosage of 0.5–2.0 g/L.

    Prepare fresh dilutions on‑site to attain optimal performance.

    Note: Conduct application trials based on your actual production conditions to confirm the optimal dosage and processing workflow.

     

    Storage & Packaging

    The sealed product has a 6‑month shelf life when stocked in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse spaces. Standard packaging options are 50 kg and 125 kg plastic drums.
